The Quest for the Ultimate Raid Team

I started WoW a little over three years ago. Before that I didn't really know what raiding was. I didn't have any friends who played the game a lot, and the couple of family members that played didn't talk much about the game or what they did in it.

Just like everyone has different hobbies they enjoy, everyone is going to want something different from their raiding experience. Some people want all the loot, while others want to kill as many bosses as possible. For me it's a way to hang out with people without as much of the anxiety I feel when I'm in a big group of people in person.

Throughout the past few years I've been in a few groups that were a lot of fun, but more often than not there's one person who doesn't really gel with the rest of the groups wants. I've dealt with my fair share of drama, and caused some of it as well. I think I may have finally found the perfect raid team. We're extremely casual. If you're going to be late, okay no problem. If you can't make it, real life is more important we can't wait 'til you can join us again.

Even though as a guild we're casual, we're all good players and everyone is willing to do what it takes to get better. We still want to kill bosses, we just don't want to be up tight about it. We all want to have fun. Sometimes that means making jokes in between pulls, sometimes that means kicking some boss butt.
